Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the receipt of your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain care products.

Initiating the process: If you wish to return a product, please email support@margo-london.com with your order number, reason for return, any photos of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refund:

Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to approve or deny your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or no refund: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@margo-london.com.

Costs:

Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be sent to China, and the cost starts at €20, which will be at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions:

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement product free of charge. If the mistake occurs again, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
